Launch of sales campaign for “Townhouses Potsdam” in Villenpark Potsdam
September 1, 2020 saw the launch of the marketing campaign for 13 new townhouses in Villenpark Potsdam, with David Borck Immobiliengesellschaft appointed as the properties’ exclusive marketing agency. One of the project’s most attractive features is that all of the townhouses are already completed and ready for immediate occupancy. “Prospective buyers therefore have the luxury of being able to view the finished townhouses to gain an immediate impression of the setting and the idyllic surroundings.
