(Mynewsdesk) Auch in der dritten Runde der seit Februar geführten Tarifverhandlungen über die Entgelte der Obst-und gemüseverarbeitenden Industrie in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern konnte kein Abschluss erzielt werden.

Das Angebot zur Entgelterhöhungen in den unteren Lohngruppen um mehr als 7,4 Prozent und in den oberen Lohngruppen um 6,9 Prozent für eine Laufzeit von 21 Monaten hat die Arbeitnehmer nicht zufriedengestellt. Zuvor hatte die Arbeitnehmerseite eine Entgelterhöhung von min. 5,5 Prozent für ein Jahr und die Angleichung der Entgelte an das Tarifniveau anderer vergleichbarer Unternehmen/Betriebe in Westdeutschland gefordert. Dies entspräche verteilt auf einen Zeitraum von vier Jahren einer Erhöhung von rund 27 Prozent.

„Mit unserem Angebot von über 7 Prozent haben wir einen großen Schritt gemacht, um die Lohnlücke zwischen den Tarifgebieten der Obst-und gemüseverarbeitenden Industrie in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern und anderen, branchen- und regional vergleichbaren Tarifgebieten weiter zu schließen,“ sagte Uwe Teuchert, Hauptgeschäftsführer Verbands Nordernährung.
