Wer braucht einen Drohnenführerschein?
Die Nutzung von Drohnen wird durch die "Verordnung zur Regelung des Betriebs von unbemannten Fluggeräten" geregelt. Brauchten gewerbliche Drohnen-Piloten früher bereits unabhängig von deren Gewicht eine Betriebserlaubnis, war die Nutzung von privaten Drohnen unter fünf Kilogramm generell erlaubnisfrei möglich.
