Ausgerichtet wird der von uns gerne besuchte Workshop vom VDIV Baden-Württemberg (VDIV BW). Der Verband mit Sitz in Bietigheim-Bissingen wurde 1984 gegründet und befasst sich mit allen berufsständischen Belangen der Immobilienverwaltung. Er vertritt die Interessen von über 571 Immobilienverwaltungen und über 700.000 Wohneinheiten "im Ländle". Um darüber hinaus auch überregionale Aufgaben zentral wahrnehmen und bundesweit aktiv sein zu können, hat sich der VDIV BW mit anderen Landesverbänden im Verband der Immobilienverwalter Deutschland e.V. (VDIV Deutschland) zusammengeschlossen.
