Denn nur wenn die Mitarbeiter eines Unternehmens die Arbeit der Kollegen kennen, können sie diese auch würdigen und ein Gespür für deren Herausforderungen und Nöte entwickeln.

Die Kolleginnen Karima Preißel und Jennifer Meichsner machten sich gemeinsam auf den Weg zu Peter Sobetzko, um ihn bei der Prüfung elektrischer Betriebsmittel des ESG Kunden Saint-Gobain Autover GmbH über die Schulter zu gucken. Der Termin war eine großartige Gelegenheit, die Arbeit der Prüftechniker in einem spannenden Umfeld aus nächster Nähe kennenzulernen und auch mit dem Kunden wertvolle Gespräche zu führen.
