Der strukturelle Wandel, der Preisdruck und die hohe Marktkonzentration stellten alle Beteiligten vor große Herausforderungen, erklärte Büchel. „Landwirte und Genossenschaften müssen wirtschaftlich erfolgreich sein und langfristig nachhaltig produzieren können. Voraussetzung dafür ist eine faire Partnerschaft zwischen Handel, Erzeugern und Verarbeitern“, forderte er.
