Kurzhub-Linearantrieb ersetzt pneumatische Zylinder

Der neue Kurzhub-Linearantrieb (KuLi) von Ketterer Antriebe und halstrup-walcher zeichnet sich durch hohe Dynamik und einen großen Hub bei kompakter Baugröße aus. Dank der integrierten Elektronik ist der Antrieb verglichen mit pneumatischen Zylindern viel einfacher anzusteuern und in Betrachtung des ganzen Produkt-Lebenszyklus deutlich kostengünstiger.

Der neue elektrisch betriebene Linearantrieb ist äußerst kompakt und hochdynamisch. Bei einer Länge von 82 mm beträgt der Hub 40 mm, die in weniger als 100 Millisekunden zurücklegt werden können. Die Standardausführung des KuLis bietet Schubkräfte bis 300 N. Je nach Aufgabenstellung können Hubgeschwindigkeit, Hubkraft, Hublänge sowie die mechanische Anbindung passend zur Anwendung gewählt werden.
