Der gebürtige Rheinländer Christian Deussen lebt seit 2002 in München. In seinem erlernten Beruf als Goldschmied liegt sein Fokus auf Kreativität, Exklusivität und Präzision wenn er aus edlen Metallen wunderschöne Schmuckstücke anfertigt. Aber ebenso wichtig ist für ihn seine musikalische Laufbahn. Denn mittlerweile steht er seit über 25 Jahren im In- und Ausland auf der Bühne. Mit verschiedenen Gospelchören aus Krefeld und München war er auf Tourneen in Deutschland, Schweden und den USA. Im Januar 2018 wurde er zum stellvertretenden Chorleiter des Gospelchores "Munich Goes Gospel" berufen.
Mit der erfolgreichen A-Capella-Formation "voxenstopp" absolvierte er bis deren Auflösung im Dezember 2017 unzählige Auftritte im gesamten Bundesgebiet und dem angrenzendem Ausland.
2015 spielte er eine Hauptrolle im Gospel-Comedy Musical "One-way Ticket to Heaven" bei der Welturaufführung in London und München.

Gründe einer Durchsuchung
Durchsuchungen erfolgen in der Regel durch die Polizei oder den Zoll und gehen nicht selten auch mit Verhaftungen einher. Außer in speziellen Fällen der sogenannten "Gefahr im Verzug" muss einer Durchsuchung immer eine richterliche Anordnung - ein Durchsuchungsbeschluss - zugrunde liegen. Die Durchsuchung stellt nämlich einen Eingriff in die grundgesetzlich geschützte Unverletzlichkeit der Wohnung gem. Art. 13 GG dar:

(1) Die Wohnung ist unverletzlich.

(2) Durchsuchungen dürfen nur durch den Richter, bei Gefahr im Verzuge auch durch die in den Gesetzen vorgesehenen anderen Organe angeordnet und nur in der dort vorgeschriebenen Form durchgeführt werden.

Ablauf einer Durchsuchung
Durchsuchungen werden überraschend durchgeführt. Der Beschuldigte, gegen den sich das Verfahren und die Durchsuchung richten, erhält hiervon und häufig auch von dem Verfahren insgesamt erst Kenntnis, wenn die Polizei mit dem Durchsuchungsbeschluss vor der Tür steht und klingelt.
