Warum arbeiten Sie gerne mit Immobilien?

Häuser und deren Architektur haben mich schon recht früh interessiert. Schon in der Schule hatte ich ein Praktikum bei einer Hausverwaltung absolviert und den Leiter der bautechnischen Abteilung begleitet. In meiner Tischlerlehre konnte ich praktische Erfahrungen sammeln. Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss dieser Lehre entschloss ich mich zusätzlich für die Ausbildung zum Kaufmann in der Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft. Anschließend habe ich u.a. die bautechnische Abteilung in einer Hausverwaltung geleitet und konnte durch die Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten und Bauingenieuren meine bautechnischen Kenntnisse weiter vertiefen.
