Aber Vorsicht! Eigenmächtig umbauen dürfen Mieter nicht. Der Verband bayerischer Wohnungsunternehmen (VdW Bayern) hat einige Urteile zum Thema zusammengestellt.

Wird die Bausubstanz nicht verändert, ist die Erlaubnis des Vermieters nicht notwendig. Regale an der Wand befestigen oder die Einbauküche aufbauen ist unproblematisch. Fensterrahmen, Türen und Wände dürfen Mieter auch mit den schrillsten Farben schmücken (Bundesgerichtshof Az. VIII ZR 50/09). Spätestens beim Auszug muss die lustige Wandbemalung aber einer neutralen Farbe weichen (Bundesgerichtshof Az. VIII ZR 416/12).

Bilanzpressegespräch zum Geschäftsjahr 2016

(Mynewsdesk) München, 9. März 2017 - Die bayerischen Volksbanken und Raiffeisenbanken haben im Jahr 2016 ihren Wachstumskurs fortgesetzt. Die Bilanzsumme stieg um 7,6 Mrd. Euro (5,2 Prozent) auf 153,5 Mrd. Euro, wie der Genossenschaftsverband Bayern (GVB) bei seinem Bilanzpressegespräch in München mitteilte. Die Kapitalbasis stärkten die genossenschaftlichen Kreditinstitute um 731 Mio. Euro (4,8 Prozent) auf einen neuen Höchstwert von 15,9 Mrd. Euro. Damit haben sie ihr Eigenkapital binnen zehn Jahren verdoppelt.
