Die Zustimmung des Verwalters oder der Eigentümergemeinschaft ist oft Pflicht“, erklärt die MCM Investor Management AG.

„Planen Wohnungseigentümer also einen Verkauf, sollten sie unbedingt prüfen, von wem sie die Zustimmung einholen müssen. Das erspart Stress und Ärger. Oft haben Eigentümergemeinschaften eine Verwalterzustimmung. Der Verwalter schaut sich also den potentiellen Käufer an und muss zustimmen“, so die MCM Investor weiter. Ziel des Ganzen ist, dass die anderen Eigentümer einen wirtschaftlich verlässlichen Käufer in ihre Gemeinschaft aufnehmen, um spätere Konflikte zu vermeiden. Risikoreich könnte ein neuer Eigentümer sein, der beispielsweise sein Hausgeld nicht zahlen kann – denn das fällt zu Lasten aller anderen.

Airliners are commonly integrated with powered wing slats, which are controlled fully by the pilot.
